Serving People hosted a goal and career planning event at the start of the year. Participants were actively engaged with creating their visions and goals for the coming months and year. They went through a series of steps to articulate short and long term planning. Vision boards were made to serve as a constant reminder of their dreams. Monthly participants will check in with each other on their progress and accountability. This is a support system to ensure success for everyone!
